IIT Kanpur's technology incubation center, SIIC manages the Innovation Seed Support scheme that envisions to support the innovators to turn their ideas into proof-of-concepts and working prototypes to address the gap in the early-stage idea and proof-of-concept stage funding for hardware or deep-tech startups in India enabling entrepreneurs and startups to seek the support from private investors or other government funding schemes.
